Hiring *multiple* Territory Managers across the US for a rapidly growing medical device company gearing up for a launch. We have several territories open.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote the clinical and operational value of the biologic implant portfolio to healthcare professionals and institutions.
- Guide physicians in appropriate product selection by interpreting clinical data and considering patient-specific factors such as comorbidities and wound types.
- Provide in-service education and support to ensure proper surgical use and placement of biologic implants.
- Collaborate with internal commercial functionsincluding marketing support and strategy teamsto deliver comprehensive solutions for hospitals and surgical teams.
- Develop and implement a territory plan that aligns with sales targets and strategic growth initiatives.
- Maintain accurate up-to-date customer records in the companys CRM system.
- Participate in national and regional sales meetings sharing insights and strategies to support broader commercial success.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree
- 3 years of surgical sales experience/OR
Skills and Competencies
- Strong understanding of biologic materials and their clinical applications.
- Knowledge of surgical workflows and hospital purchasing processes.
- Ability to engage and educate clinical stakeholders using clinical and scientific data.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills tailored to clinical and executive audiences.
- Strong decision-making ability and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Proven ability to collaborate across departments to support business objectives.
- Valid drivers license and ability to pass background and compliance checks.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs of product inventory.
- Comfort standing for extended periods including observing surgical procedures of 4 hours.
- Capacity to work in clinical and operating room environments.
Work Environment & Travel
- Field-based role with frequent travel within the assigned territory.
- Work environments include home office hospitals and surgical centers.
- Occasional travel required for team meetings and corporate events (up to 50%).
$90k base uncapped commission
