Account Executive (IC)
The Account Executive collaborates with Wunderkinds largest highest-priority clients to plan and orchestrate their long-term adoption of our Autonomous Marketing Platform. This role is responsible for the creation and management of high-impact programs with a relentless focus on each clients business objectives. Success metrics for this role include: Gross & Net ARR retention client performance platform adoption and CSAT.
The AE will own a concentrated portfolio of key clients acting as the de facto Wunderkind CEO for their accounts. They will be the primary point-of-contact for their clients and represent the highest level of accountability on the client team. As such we are seeking individuals with a high degree of business maturity critical thinking skills and operational discipline. Critical to this role is the ability to influence multiple stakeholders toward a clear plan of action that is designed to deliver business value.

- The ability to influence and motivate executive stakeholders in Fortune 500 firms by establishing credibility clarity-of-mission and long-term vision for our collaborations.
- Intellectual curiosity toward digital marketing including multi-touch customer journeying data-driven personalization and AI-powered campaign-less tech adoption.
- An elegant UI in verbal and written communication. Strong boardroom skills.
- The ability to simplify otherwise complex challenges into digestible pragmatic action plans.

Responsibilities and LOE:
- 60% of effort: Assume accountability for a concentrated portfolio of clients establishing a long-term account plan and managing a bespoke Wunderkind Program for each. This is a collaborative client-facing effort involving the AE CS Professional Services and Wunderkinds Product teams. This effort includes organization and delivery of comprehensive Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) which provide program visibility to Senior stakeholders in the Client portfolio.
- 10%: Manage escalations and project-related activities such as milestone-definition time
tracking/reporting and program budget utilization. This is typically a collaborative effort in
partnership with a Wunderkinds Professional Services function.
- 20%: complete internal Wunderkind deliverables forecasts updates and reports related to the AEs portfolio.
- 10%: Ad-hoc activities specific to the AEs portfolio.
Qualifications:
- 8 years professional work experience in a fast-paced role in a Consulting Technology Agency or Consumer Brand environment.
- Experience defining KPI-driven goals and composing/evaluating efforts across functions.
- Practical experience with marketing technology and consumer brand strategy.
- Strong presentation skills including the ability to create elegant and engaging slideware.
- Strong quantitative skills including the ability to tell compelling stories with data.
- Ability to navigate multi-divisional organizations and to cultivate productive business
relationships at multiple levels.
- Ability to ideate and parlay business objectives into an actionable plan.
- Self-driven with the energy and resilience to perform consistently at a high level in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong business acumen and an analytical mindset.
- Bachelors Degree or higher.
Travel:
Up to 20%.
The base salary range for this role is $105000-$130000. In addition to the base salary this role includes the eligibility for the teams variable incentive plan.
Compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each specific candidate; including but not limited to skill set depth of experience applicable certifications.
