Job Description
Rock Hill Ford is looking for Automotive Buying Specialist. The Automotive Buying Specialist isresponsible for locating evaluating and completing the purchase of pre-owned vehicles for resale from service department internet inquiries and marketplace.We are apart of a Large family owned Automotive group called Krause Auto Group which was named one of the top 150 dealerships of 2023.

- Schedule appointments to evaluate vehicles that we may be interested in purchasing.
- Actively listen to customers answering their questions and directing them appropriately as they request.
- Respond quickly to customer phone calls internet leads and customer inquiries.
- Followup continuously with potential purchases.
- Confirm scheduled and missed appointments.
- Present purchase proposals to customers.
- Face to Face customer interaction.
- Customer Service and Sales experience preferred
- Demonstrate excellent phone computer and verbal communication skills
- Detail orientated motivated and very organized
- Desire and ability to meet goals
- The ability to instantly build rapport with clients
- Will be required to have multiple customer interactions throughout the day
- A highly professional approach and appearance
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must have a valid SC drivers license and acceptable driving record
- Bilingual a plus
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule includes Saturdays (40 hours per week). 5 day work is closed Sundays.
