Job Description
The Senior Credit Representative oversees credit collections and debt recovery giving significant importance towards cultivating positive customer relationships.
Duties:
- Manage the credit and collections process.
- Ensuring timely debt collection.
- Maintaining positive customer relationships.
- Monitor credit limits and assess creditworthiness.
- Implement effective collection strategies to minimize bad debt and improve cash flow.
Knowledge skills and abilities:
- Knowledge of credit management principles collection techniques and relevant laws and regulations
- Proficiency in using ERP/accounting software (Oracle a plus) and MS Office suite (Excel Word Outlook)
- Possess a strong understanding of accounting principles.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
- Collaborate effectively with team members.
Formal Education and Experience:
- Two-year associate degree with 3-5 years work experience
- OR Four-year degree with 1-2 years work experience.
