We are without a doubt the most premier retirement community and a dream come true opportunity for a Resident Care Director.
We are currently looking to hire an RN/LPN to run our Licensed 40 bed assisted living community and manage approx. 15 associates that are caregivers and LPNs.

Job Requirements:
LPN or RN License
1-2 years experience in Assisted Living
Proven survey history
Exceptional knowledge of State Regulations
Proven Leader
Team Builder
Experienced Educator
Great computer skills
Great communication skills
