Work Schedule:Ally designates roles as (1) fully on-site (2) hybrid or (3) fully remote. Hybrid roles are generally expected to be in the office a certain number of days per week as indicated by your manager. Your hiring manager will discuss this roles specific work requirements with you during the hiring process. All work requirements are subject to change at any time based on leader discretion and/or business need.

The Opportunity

  • Candidate must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Greater Chicago Illinois area requiring local travel throughout the surrounding Chicago Metro and Northern Illinois sales market. Company vehicle provided.
  • Represent Ally with commercial dealers and maintain/develop strong working relationships with key commercial dealership personnel.
  • Market and promote the full spectrum of commercial products and identify pursue and maximize the revenue potential of Commercial Dealers within assigned territory.
  • Coordinate activities with matrix partners and identify communicate and develop recommendations to address dealership concerns as appropriate.

The Work Itself

  • Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of all of Allys commercial products plans and programs.
  • Maximize all avenues of revenue opportunity.
  • Build and strengthen rapport with dealer body and provide best in class dealer service.
  • As required provide OEM support in order to strengthen and develop Allys relationships with our OEM partners.
  • Elevate risk issues to executive leadership; stay abreast of constant changes in policy and procedures.

The Skills You Bring

  • 3 years of experience required.
  • Dealer-interfacing experience in the auto finance space.
  • Highschool diploma or GED equivalent required. Bachelors degree in related field strongly preferred.
  • Ability to provide advice/direction in primary areas of expertise.
  • Leverage technical expertise and relationships to contribute to strategy and drive business results.
  • Contribute to and manage projects.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent sales and relationship building skills.

Base Pay Range: $75000 - $110000 USD
An individuals position in the range is determined by the specific role the scope and responsibilities of the role work experience education certification(s) training and additional qualifications. We review internal pay the competitive market and business environment prior to extending an offer.
Incentive Compensation: This position is eligible to participate in a variable incentive plan.
