Job Description

Role: CSM

WFH policy: Hybrid minimum 2 days/week in office (Stockholm)

Product: All-in-one financial platform for e-commerce businesses includes payments spend management cards banking tools

Size and functions of local team:

  • Head of CS: Jenna

  • Current: 2 CSMs 1 Support Specialist

  • 2 additional CSMs to be hired

Role description:
CSM full ownership of customer lifecycle

  • Manages 100 accounts

  • KPI-driven:

    • NRR monthly target (100%)

    • Logo churn % (target 2% or lower)

    • Upsell (compensated on upsells)

  • Responsibilities: onboarding adoption account growth renewals risk mitigation customer advocacy

  • Commercial ownership: collaborates with AMs on upsell/cross-sell deals

  • Customer education: drives product adoption feature usage

  • Escalation point: troubleshooting cross-functional collaboration (Product Legal Engineering FinCrime CreditOps)

  • Data-driven: identify churn risks drive retention

  • Daily tools: Hubspot Intercom G-suite Slack

Salary range & secondary benefits:

  • Junior CSM: 3235K SEK/month

  • Senior CSM: 3540K SEK/month

    • Accelerator: 37% of base for 120% NRR (up to 5K SEK)

    • Top CSMs earn up to 20K SEK bonus/month in good months
