Size and functions of local team:
Head of CS: Jenna
Current: 2 CSMs 1 Support Specialist
2 additional CSMs to be hired
Role description:
CSM full ownership of customer lifecycle
Manages 100 accounts
KPI-driven:
NRR monthly target (100%)
Logo churn % (target 2% or lower)
Upsell (compensated on upsells)
Responsibilities: onboarding adoption account growth renewals risk mitigation customer advocacy
Commercial ownership: collaborates with AMs on upsell/cross-sell deals
Customer education: drives product adoption feature usage
Escalation point: troubleshooting cross-functional collaboration (Product Legal Engineering FinCrime CreditOps)
Data-driven: identify churn risks drive retention
Daily tools: Hubspot Intercom G-suite Slack

Salary range & secondary benefits:
Junior CSM: 3235K SEK/month
Senior CSM: 3540K SEK/month
Accelerator: 37% of base for 120% NRR (up to 5K SEK)
Top CSMs earn up to 20K SEK bonus/month in good months
