The Role

As a Customer Success Manager youll be the go-to growth partner for a portfolio of our small business customers. Youll help them unlock the full value of Podium from first login to full-blown evangelist. This isnt just about support its about strategy impact and driving change at scale. Your mission:

  • Drive adoption
  • Maximise retention and expansion
  • Show your customers whats possible when Podium becomes part of their everyday

Youll blend tech-touch strategy with sharp business acumen to guide a large dynamic customer base toward meaningful results. If you love fast-paced environments thinking creatively and making customers wildly successful this ones for you.

What Youll Do

  • Drive customer outcomes by helping businesses set goals and track performance using Podium
  • Offer strategic recommendations that solve real-world problems and drive product adoption
  • Manage a high-volume customer portfolio using playbooks automation and scalable outreach
  • Troubleshoot issues provide proactive support and prevent churn through early intervention
  • Champion customer feedback internally to help improve product and experience

What You Bring

  • Experience in account management customer success or consultative sales
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
  • Proven ability to influence customers and drive better decisions
  • Experience in SaaS services or tech-enabled businesses is a plus
  • Industry experience with SMBs in automotive healthcare home services or retail is advantageous
