The Senior Groups & EventsManager is responsible for handling large/complex enquiries from conversion through to event execution and post event tasks utilizing strong selling negotiation & organisational skills. Enquiries may includeVIPGroups & Eventsbuyoutslarge citywidesportingeventsawards dinners and multidayevents.
Job Summary
TheSeniorGroups & EventsManagercoordinate the daily/weekly hotel BEO packs and as well as leading BEO meetings being the key communication link between the E&G team and operational Senior Groups & Events Manager will provide help and support to their team through coaching/mentoring delivering training and leading by example in all areas of role execution driving balance score card results for all properties. They will assist the Cluster Director in energizing and driving the team with closing days EMEA promotions demand generation weeks and other sales initiatives.
