About the Opportunity
Play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Councils Civic Centre. Your administrative support will help us meet our legislative requirements and deliver high-quality services.
You will make an impact by
- Preparing Council Chambers and meeting rooms for various events.
- Liaising with organisers to arrange room setups equipment and catering.
- Monitoring and maintaining kitchen supplies and coffee machines.
- Ensuring cleanliness and reporting maintenance needs of meeting rooms.
- Providing administrative support for Mayoral events and Citizenship Ceremonies.
What you will bring
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Experience in administrative support and event coordination.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with office equipment and maintenance procedures.
- Competence in using electronic booking systems and updating websites.
