Stashs Operations team is seeking an Associate to join our Fraud & Disputes team and play a pivotal role in maintaining a consistent customer-first approach to investigations and resolution of both disputes and potential fraud. This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to be part of a lean team of like-minded operations professionals crafting a consumer-friendly and technology-driven experience.
What youll do:
- Primarily investigate disputes for card and ACH according to Reg E MasterCard and debit network rules.
- Resolve disputes according to all applicable rules and within regulatory timeframes.
- Review and decision of all remote deposit capture checks returns and adjustments according to procedure.
- Contribute to a team environment focused on collaboration continuous improvement and effective risk management.
What were looking for:
- 3-5 years experience in mobile deposit capture processing and disputes resolution
- Expertise with consumer payment Rules and regulations including Reg E Reg Z NACHA card and network rules
- Proven experience resolving transaction disputes/fraud claims according to Reg E MasterCard and debit network rules
- Strong understanding of controls and risk management including fraud types
- Proactive enthusiastic team player
- Detail oriented with strong organization skills and ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-paced environment

Salary Range: $60000-$80000
The base salary range represents the reasonably anticipated low and high end of the salary range for this position.
