What Youll do Here
HomeLight is seeking a Strategic Recruiting Partner to join our team. This role is more than just full-cycle recruitingits a unique opportunity to shape the growth of HomeLight Closing Services (Title & Escrow). In this role youll work directly with our CEO and recruiting leadership to define a targeted sourcing and marketing strategy to attract entrepreneurial escrow professionals across multiple markets.
This isnt your typical recruiting role. The goal of this position is to help hire key team members who will shape a uniquely exciting business initiative from the ground up. Youll be a strategic partner responsible for the growth and success of HomeLight Closing Services.
