Our online learning platform is designed around the sole mission of enabling each student to achieve best-in-class academic results. As we continue to grow rapidly were entering an exciting new chapter and community is right at the centre of it.

The Role
Were looking for a Head of Community to build and lead our online student community. This is a hands-on role at the intersection of community support content and advocacy. Youll be responsible for launching and growing our social media presence cultivating a loyal global community of IB students. Youll drive engagement amplify our student voice and ensure learners are deeply supported throughout their IB journey.

What Youll Be Doing

• Building and managing thriving Revision Village communities of IBDP students across key social media platforms such as Discord TikTok Instagram and Reddit.
• Collaborating with internal teams to source and create high-impact content both short-form and long-form that educates inspires and drives engagement.
• Planning and executing a student-focused events calendar (e.g. live Q&As study challenges AMAs) helping students get the most out of their Revision Village experience.
• Launching and managing student ambassador and alumni programs ensuring students continue to benefit from being part of the Revision Village community even after they graduate.
• Tracking key community engagement metrics and analyse data to inform strategy and continuously improve how we support our global student base.
• Sharing community insights user-generated content and feedback with internal teams to help shape product content and support decisions.
• Collecting and surfacing qualitative insights to help us better understand our users and inform decision making.

Who Were Looking For

• Experience in social media and community management ideally with a Gen Z or student audience (ages 1619).
• Strong understanding of how to grow and manage online communities through multiple social media tools to drive engagement.
• Excellent copywriting storytelling and content creation skills including video editing and/or basic graphic design.
• A data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools to measure performance and guide decisions.
• A strong sense of ownership youre not just looking for tasks to complete but areas to take full responsibility for and grow. Youll be trusted to lead experiment and build with autonomy.

• You completed the IBDP and even better you used Revision Village and can speak firsthand to its impact.
• Youve built or scaled a student ambassador influencer or creator program.
