Join Our Team as a Field Sales Representative in Chicago IL!

Marco MKT is growing and were looking for passionate driven individuals to join us! We are currently seeking a Full-Time Field Sales Representative in the greater Chicago area to represent a leading nicotine vape brand. If you have a background in retail sales marketing or merchandising and you love building relationships and driving sales we want to hear from you!

About the Role

MarcoMKT is looking for a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Representative to represent and grow our product line across retail locations in the Chicago area. In this role youll be the face of the brand in the field responsible for driving direct sales maximizing product visibility and building lasting relationships with store staff.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in retail sales direct selling B2B or door-to-door (D2D) sales with the confidence and skills to engage retailers and pitch products effectively. If youre a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit retail locations consistently throughout your territory
  • Pitch and sell the product directly to retailers and customers
  • Ensure proper product placement and optimize visibility in-store
  • Improve and maintain point-of-sale displays and planograms
  • Identify new opportunities for growth and product expansion
  • Build strong relationships with store owners managers and staff
  • Collect and report sales data and field insights in real-time
  • Meet or exceed daily visit and sales goals
  • Participate in in-store promotional activities as needed
  • Maintain professional and timely communication with internal stakeholders

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid drivers license and reliable personal transportation
  • Must be comfortable working in the vape/nicotine product industry
  • 1 year of experience in retail direct selling B2B or door-to-door (D2D) sales
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage time and territory independently
  • Tech-savvy with a smartphone (data plan required) for reporting and communication
  • Comfortable transporting and managing product inventory and occasional cash handling
