Responsibilities Include:
- Develop & Drive after-sales spare parts service upgrading and overhaul targets in Asia.
- Maintain Contact with clients for product/service feedback.
- Assist Clients in resolving issues and complaints.
- Build & Establish strong client relationships to increase patronage.
- Monitor Contract details for renewals.
- Develop & Optimize support processes tools and systems.
- Conduct Price & Contract Negotiations to achieve profit margins.
- Oversee all post-sales services for customer satisfaction.
- Provide Periodic Reports to management.
- Ensure Compliance with all policies.
- Troubleshoot process electrical or mechanical issues.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years in After-sales spare parts and service in the Food & Beverage industry specifically as an equipment/turnkey supplier or a Maintenance/Production engineer in a Food & Beverage plant.
- Can-do attitude and sales-oriented mindset.
- Experience in process management.
- Intercultural awareness.
- Comprehensive understanding of the beverage and liquid food industry.
- Analytical and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel across Asia Pacific.
