Location: Wrocaw
Were looking for a Backend Developer who wants real impact on architecture performance and how things scale. Youll work with TypeScript/ and Go build systems that handle real-world traffic and dive deep into networking Linux kernel and protocol-level details when needed. Were a focused collaborative team that values clarity ownership and autonomy. No pointless meetings no layers of management just engineers who care about building things right learning from each other and keeping systems fast reliable and scalable.
If youre into designing efficient APIs understanding how things behave under load and making infrastructure decisions that matter lets talk.
Role & Responsibilities:
Build and maintain backend services using Go and TypeScript/.
Optimize system performance troubleshoot issues and improve concurrency and latency.
Develop and maintain low-level communication protocols on TCP/TLS/HTTP2 levels.
Implement monitoring tools and collect performance metrics.Write and optimize complex SQL queries and database operations.
Maintain and improve large legacy codebases with confidence and attention to stability and scalability.
Job Requirements:
3 years of professional backend development experience.
Strong skills in compiled languages (Go C/C Java Kotlin Rust) and scripting languages (TypeScript/ Python Perl).
Proficient with Linux OS and network protocols (HTTP2 TCP TLS).
Solid understanding of algorithm complexity (Big O notation).
Comfortable working in and maintaining large legacy codebases.
An Ideal Candidates Profile:
Experience with SQL query optimization.
Knowledge of the Linux kernel.
Exposure to very large codebases.
