Now were looking for a Growth Product Manager to drive our growth product area even further by building great digital experiences for our customers. Want to join us on our journey



About the Position

Were looking for a Growth Product Manager to lead the growth product at Cheffelo. Your mission will be to drive customer acquisition and activation through seamless user experiences smart experimentation and data-informed decision-making. Youll own the product flows that take a visitor to their first purchase working at the intersection of product data design and growth marketing.

This role is critical to shaping how potential customers discover Cheffelo understand our value and decide to take action. Youll work closely with engineers analysts UX designers and other stakeholders to continuously test learn and iterate on our onboarding and conversion experiences. Youll define the roadmap for growth initiatives and help us build scalable high-impact programs like referrals campaigns and optimized sign-up flows.

The position is located in Oslo reports directly to our CTO and is part of our Growth Product Team!

Your core responsibilities:

  • Drive the Growth product strategy with a focus on how we achieve long-term business goals through acquisition activation referral and revenue
  • Design and evaluate experiments to validate ideas and improve performance
  • Use qualitative and quantitative insights (customer feedback funnel data etc.) to guide decisions
  • Shape the product roadmap and what we prioritize why and how we build it
  • Collaborate with engineers designers analysts and other stakeholders to prioritize initiatives conduct experiments and define measurements for success
  • Champion the user perspective identifying pain points and optimizing the digital experience
  • Define and track metrics for success using tools like Mixpanel and other data sources
  • Collaborate across departments to align growth efforts with broader company objectives.


Who we think you are:

First of all we believe you are an analytical product manager who thrives in the growth space! You are motivated by helping customers discover value faster and are curious in analyzing and using data in decision-making. In addition to that we believe you have:

  • A strong background in product management ideally within the growth space
  • Strong analytical skills and are comfortable working with user data and analysis
  • Experience designing and interpreting experiments and A/B-tests to optimize conversion
  • A technical understanding of digital products and e-commerce flows and are able to collaborate with developers and product analysts
  • A strategic mindset and have been part of shaping priorities and seeing ideas through from concept to impact
  • A collaborative working style with a proactive attitude - you like taking initiative and suggesting improvements and are comfortable taking the lead and communicating across different stakeholders
  • Bonus if youve worked with tools like Mixpanel or Amplitude and are familiar with modern analytics infrastructure.
