The HRIS Solution Architect is responsible for designing and implementing Human Resource Information System (HRIS) solutions tailored to meet the needs of the public sector. With a focus on optimizing HR functions this role requires collaboration with stakeholders and a deep understanding of HR processes. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in technology to streamline HR operations and ensure compliance with government regulations.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement HRIS solutions that align with the organizations strategic goals.

Requirements
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in a related field (preferred but not required).
- 2-6 years of experience in HRIS architecture or implementation.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and technology.
