Description
The Implementation and amp; Configuration Specialist for HR Software is a pivotal role within our public sector organization. This position is responsible for leading the successful deployment and customization of our HR software solutions ensuring they meet the specific needs of various government departments. The ideal candidate will have experience in software implementation understanding of HR processes and a strong technical background. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements configure software and provide training and support throughout the implementation process.
Responsibilities
- Lead software installation and configuration activities across various departments.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to analyze requirements and align software capabilities.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure a smooth transition to the new system.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and user procedures.

Requirements
- degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in HR software implementation or configuration.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and software solutions.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in a public sector environment is highly desirable.
