Job Description
We re hiring a Business Intelligence Reporting Analyst with strong expertise in Oracle CC&B and C2M systems to develop enterprise-level reports and dashboards for a leading gas or electric utility environment. This position plays a key role in transforming complex datasets into actionable insights that support customer service billing operations and regulatory compliance.
The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of Power BI SQL and large relational datasets particularly within Oracle s utility platforms. This fully remote role is open to qualified U.S.-based professionals authorized to work without visa sponsorship.
Core Responsibilities
Build and maintain intuitive dashboards and reporting tools using Power BI with a focus on utility billing and customer operations.
Extract clean and analyze data from Oracle CC&B and C2M systems to support internal and external reporting needs.
Develop advanced SQL queries to manipulate and validate data across complex enterprise environments.
Collaborate with internal teams in operations IT and customer support to define reporting goals and KPIs.
Convert utility processes like meter-to-cash cycles usage tracking and customer lifecycle workflows into effective reporting logic.
Ensure consistent documentation of data sources metrics and reporting logic for reuse and scalability.
Stay current with Oracle C2M enhancements BI trends and utility sector reporting standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience in a Reporting Analyst BI Developer or similar role.
Proficient in Oracle CC&B and/or Oracle C2M systems specifically in a utility (gas or electric) environment.
Strong Power BI expertise including DAX Power Query and publishing dashboards to service platforms.
Deep understanding of SQL and working with large relational databases and complex datasets.
Working knowledge of core utility workflows: billing usage metering and customer service.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work autonomously in a remote-first setting.
Must be U.S.-based and authorized to work without the need for employer sponsorship.

Familiarity with ETL processes and data pipeline integration between Oracle C2M and reporting systems.
Experience working with cloud-based BI or data warehousing platforms.
Exposure to regulatory and operational reporting in the utility industry.

What We're Looking For: . Minimum of 5 years of experience working with ESRI ArcGIS Software Suite, including Enterprise, Desktop, Server, Portal, Pro, and Online. Proven experience in the electric or gas utilities sector. Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Java, Python, and SQL. Experience with ArcGIS Runtime SDK, ArcGIS API for JavaScript and Python, ArcObjects, ArcPy, Arcade, REST, JSON, GeoJSON, WC, Web API, RDF, HTML, CSS, XML, and Visual Studio. Strong understanding of relational databases and enterprise GIS solutions. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Bonus: Experience presenting workshops or training sessions on GIS technology within the utilities sector.
