Project Manager Direct Hire
Location:Joplin MO
Pay:$18$20/hour depending on experience
Stand-By Personnel is seeking a highly organized and motivatedProject Managerfor our client in Joplin. This is adirect hireopportunity ideal for a candidate with strong leadership skills and a successful track record of managing projects from initiation through completion. This role requires excellent communication time management and a thorough understanding of Agile methodologies. The Project Manager will collaborate across departments to ensure project milestones are achieved on schedule and within scope.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead project planning sessions defining scope goals and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Apply Agile methodologies to guide projects efficiently from concept to completion.
Conduct requirements analysis to gather and define essential information for project .
Monitor project progress using tools such asTrelloandBasecampto maintain alignment with objectives.
Facilitate data collection and perform root cause analysis to identify and mitigate risks.
Develop and maintain process maps to enhance workflow and team productivity.
Communicate regularly with team members and stakeholders to provide status updates and resolve issues.
Prioritize tasks effectively and delegate responsibilities to ensure timely project delivery.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as aProject Manageror in a similar leadership role within a fast-paced environment.
In-depth knowledge ofAgile project managementprinciples and methodologies.
Proficiency in project tools such asTrelloBasecamp andConfluence.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly convey complex information.
Solid analytical thinking with expertise inrequirements gatheringandroot cause analysis.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
Proactive results-driven and adept at solving problems and making sound decisions.
