Job Description
Monitor System Operations: Ensure all OMS systems and applications are running smoothly during night hours.
Report Generation: Compile and verify daily/shift-wise reports for management review.
Incident Handling: Log escalate and track system or operational issues that arise overnight.
Coordination: Communicate with day teams support teams and management for handover and updates.
Compliance Checks: Ensure all night operations follow company policies and data integrity protocols.
Data Entry & Validation: Enter update and validate key operational data into the OMS platform.
Task Scheduling: Oversee and confirm the completion of scheduled jobs/processes in OMS.
Emergency Response: Act as the first responder for system alerts and initiate resolution protocols.
Documentation: Maintain accurate shift logs incident reports and process updates.
Security Oversight: Ensure access control monitor unauthorized activities and enforce night-shift protocols.
Qualifications :
MBBS and Post Graduate Degree in health administration
Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant work experience in healthcare industry
