As an Agreements Coordinator you will work within our Pub Partners division taking care of the administrative activities regarding the production and completion of tenancy lease and franchise agreements. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a high attention to detail great people skills and experience using Microsoft Outlook Word and Excel.
Your role as an Agreements Coordinator
- Undertake all administrative tasks associated with the production of agreement documentation including the co-ordination production and completion of tenancy lease and franchise agreements and associated documentation using Word templates internal systems and tracking records
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate requirements are collated in the preparation of all agreement documentation
- Initiate and maintain the digital journey process for all new tenancies
- Regularly produce compliance and agreements reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Support the development of internal systems to ensure effective production of agreements and compliance
- Processing Pubs Code related matters and maintaining procedural records
