We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Service Specialist to provide outstanding customer service and support to our customers.



What Youll Do


  • Respond to incoming phone and email contacts/inquiries from wholesale & eCommerce customers in a professional and efficient manner
  • Mitigate customer escalations through effective decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Monitor and respond to customer interactions including but not limited to TikTok messages and product reviews; manage return inquiries and ensure timely and accurate processing of refunds
  • Simultaneously handle cross-functional tasks including calls emails data processing and order processing
  • Monitor online listings for MAP violations and communicate with customers to correct listings maintaining detailed records of violations
  • Support the wholesale team by conducting customer follow-up calls assisting with payment collection and processing orders efficiently
  • Leverage multiple systems and tools to effectively handle customer inquiries
  • Provide support to the Finance team as needed
  • Perform other related duties as assigned



What you have


  • College degree preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior customer service experience preferred
  • Great customer service skills and motivation to be successful
  • Be able to create and maintain customer relationships
  • Excellent computer skills required
  • Excellent phone presence
  • Great communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Strong time management skills
  • Highly motivated and detail-oriented
