Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor for our Allentown PA facility to oversee inventory personnel and day-to-day operations. This role requires working a 3rd shift schedule generally from 2:00 AM to 11:00 AM though start and end times are subject to change by about an hour in either direction depending on business needs.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Warehouse Director with hiring and training new employees
  • Schedule and oversee warehouse staff
  • Conduct timely and constructive performance evaluations
  • Receive inspect and store new inventory per policy
  • Perform physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
  • Monitor and replenish stock as needed
  • Ensure accurate stock placement within the warehouse
  • Coordinate timely inventory transfers for scheduled deliveries
  • Schedule inbound/outbound inventory movement
  • Partner with other departments to drive strategic warehouse improvements
  • Monitor expenditures and implement corrective actions when necessary
  • Enforce operational procedures and safe workplace policies
  • Ensure preventative maintenance compliance and resolve minor equipment issues

Qualifications :

Education & Experience:

  • Associate degree in Business Supply Chain Management or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in distribution or manufacturing required
  • Proven leadership and supervisory skills
  • Experience with inventory systems and data entry
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of desk/computer work
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
