Primary Responsibilities
- Ensure clear and effective communication internally and with Tradewin customers
- Research regulations related to Customs and Partner Government Agencies
- Prepare comprehensive analyses and advisory reports
- Assess importer compliance with U.S. Customs regulations
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines
- Contribute to ongoing process improvements within the department
- Work efficiently both independently and collaboratively within a team
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree preferred
- U.S. Customs Broker license preferred but not required
- Minimum of 5 years of trade compliance experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. Able to convey complex information to all organizational levels including executives and clients.
- Strong research skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Willingness to travel occasionally
