We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Job Coach to join our team in Doonside Australia. As a Job Coach you will play a crucial role in guiding and supporting individuals to achieve their employment goals helping them overcome challenges and secure sustainable careers.
This is an on-site position.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and support to clients helping them identify their strengths skills and career aspirations
- Develop and implement personalized job search strategies and action plans for clients
- Assist clients in creating effective resumes cover letters and online professional profiles
- Conduct mock interviews and provide constructive feedback to improve clients interview skills
- Build and maintain relationships with local employers to source job opportunities
- Organize and facilitate job readiness workshops and training sessions
- Monitor client progress and adjust coaching strategies as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and outcomes
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure comprehensive support for clients
- Stay informed about local job market trends and employment opportunities
Qualifications :
- Minimum of one years experience in a customer service or client-facing role
- Demonstrated experience working with individuals overcoming challenges
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in using job search tools databases and Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of current job search strategies and employment market trends
- Ability to work towards Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and achieve placement outcomes
- Confident in liaising with multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Empathetic and supportive approach to client coaching
- Ability to motivate and inspire clients to achieve their goals
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills to address diverse client needs
- Current drivers license and willingness to travel within the local area as needed
