Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for Digital Trust services (Information Security Management System (ISO 27001) for Certification and Training) through networking cold calling attending industry events and digital outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to foster trust and long-term partnerships.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals tailored to clients needs.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets KPIs and business development goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing operations product etc.) to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends customer needs and competitor activities.
- Negotiate contract terms and close sales deals that maximize value for both the client and the company.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities using CRM tools.
- Provide regular reports and insights on sales performance pipeline status and market feedback to management.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Business Technology Cybersecurity or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development sales or consulting with a focus on digital trust services such as cybersecurity identity management or compliance.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of the Digital Trust market including cybersecurity frameworks (e.g. NIST ISO 27001) data privacy laws (e.g. GDPR CCPA) and emerging technologies (e.g. blockchain AI in cybersecurity).
