Job Description
Your mission:
Youll be leading a group of talented content designers working across the cross-functional teams that make up Product Discovery in onboarding a squad that acts as the Window to Wise and shaping peoples first experiences and interactions with us.
How youll be contributing:
Collaborating with your product design product management and engineering partners to lead the teams set the vision and strategy and coach teams to deliver it.
Working on the exciting growth area of our Business product specifically the discovery journey and setting the direction for upcoming work
Planning and prioritising the work and hiring and onboarding new designers as needed
Working with design leaders from other squads to build a single seamless experience for customers
Using your design leadership skills to up-level quality maturity and alignment across the onboarding squad
Youll have the opportunity to:

Guide teams to deliver impact and ship work youre proud of
Be hands on leading through the work and setting the bar
Elevate product and design quality you define what good looks like in the squad then help them deliver it

About you:
You specifically have experience in B2B spaces crafting compelling narratives that shape the user journey.
Youre an accomplished content design leader with experience leading teams to ship world-class consumer products
Youre a trusted partner building effective relationships with your peers across the business
Youre comfortable navigating complexity and ambiguity and can successfully lead groups in this environment
You have an eye for quality and know how to support designers and teams to deliver it
Youre influential and inspiring able to lead others in a culture that values autonomy and empowerment
Youre highly empathetic both to customers and the people you work with
