Job Description
As our In-Room Dining Team Supervisor you will be responsible for supervising our in-room dining service while maximizing profitability and meeting customers needs.
You will be responsible for:
- Ensuring efficient friendly and professional food and beverage service is provided to all guests.
- Providing for guests and patrons an experience and environment they feel meets their expectations.
- Familiarising yourself with VIP and regular guests to ensure their requests and needs are met.
- Liaising with customers and the kitchen team to ensure service times are adhered to.
- Setting up systems to protect and maintain control of outlet service equipment correctly recording breakages and carry our regular stock takes.
- Setting up and maintaining a weekly cleaning schedule for the outlet to achieve the highest possible hygiene and cleaning standards.
- Ensuring all mise-en-place is completed prior to guests arriving.
