Lead and manage a team of associates to achieve key objectives:
- Oversee the Recruiting Expediting Video Inspection and Quality Control (QC) queues of the Inspection team ensuring adherence to SLAs and quality standards.
- Track team performance metrics using data-driven insights to improve operational efficiency enhance inspection quality and reduce turnaround times.
- Assign inspection tasks and prioritize work based on workload and deadlines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across locations to resolve issues or challenges during the inspection process.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external clients to ensure smooth workflow in the inspection department.
- Serve as the subject matter expert and act as the communication link between staff members and customers as needed.
- Address and resolve inspection-related issues or escalations promptly.
- Monitor daily production reports to ensure the team meets both production and quality targets.
- Provide leadership and guidance to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously consistently meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results within set timeframes.
- Analyze datasets to extract meaningful insights and make informed decisions.
- Perform staffing data analysis to ensure adequate staffing levels to handle expected volumes.
- Take on additional duties as required.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors Degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in team management within a related field.
- Strong managerial organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent analytical communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on compliance with SOPs.
- Open to continuous learning and professional development.
