- Oversee nightly operations across all departments to ensure smooth functionality
- Manage guest relations and respond effectively to any complaints or issues
- Conduct night audits and ensure accurate financial reporting
- Perform regular safety and security checks throughout the property
- Support the front office with check-ins check-outs and guest requests
- Lead motivate and supervise the night team including front office and security
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Respond swiftly to emergency situations such as fire alarms medical incidents or security concerns
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies procedures and safety regulations
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in a similar hotel night management or supervisory role
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent problem-solving interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in hotel systems (e.g. Opera) and basic accounting for night audits
- Ability to remain calm professional and approachable under pressure
- Flexible availability to work night shifts including weekends and public holidays
- Valid First Aid and RSA certifications are a plus
