Job Description
Position: Lead Generation/Email Marketer
Salary Range: $1000-$1200/month
Working Hours: 10:00 AM -6:00 PM PST
Responsibilities:
- Social Media Recruitment:
- Actively search for potential TikTok influencers/users on platforms like YouTube and TikTok.
- Reach out to identified influencers/users via email to pitch our platform and encourage them to join.
- Maintain a database of potential and recruited influencers.
- Email Campaigns:
- Create and send mass email campaigns to potential influencers and partners.
- Track and analyze email campaign performance.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Handle various administrative tasks such as scheduling data entry and document organization.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of social media platforms especially TikTok and YouTube.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using email marketing tools and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Non-negotiable: Availability during designated shifts.
