Institutional Sales Manager Business Growthwill drive sales across institutional clients corporates and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate should have strong B2B selling skills market intelligence and a proven ability to build and grow long-term business relationships in a competitive market.
Identify and pursue new institutional and project-based business opportunities.
Build and manage relationships with key decision-makers in government bodies EPC contractors infrastructure companies and large corporates.
Develop customized proposals and solutions based on client requirements.
Meet sales targets by converting leads into long-term accounts.
Collaborate with internal teams (SCM Finance Technical) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Track tenders project approvals and market developments to stay ahead of competition.
Prepare regular sales forecasts reports and market intelligence insights.
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Engineering or related field. MBA preferred.
24 years of experience in institutional or project sales (steel construction materials or industrial products preferred).
Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills.
Proven track record in B2B client handling and sales growth.
Ability to travel for client meetings and project site visits.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
