Job Description

Institutional Sales Manager Business Growthwill drive sales across institutional clients corporates and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate should have strong B2B selling skills market intelligence and a proven ability to build and grow long-term business relationships in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new institutional and project-based business opportunities.

  • Build and manage relationships with key decision-makers in government bodies EPC contractors infrastructure companies and large corporates.

  • Develop customized proposals and solutions based on client requirements.

  • Meet sales targets by converting leads into long-term accounts.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (SCM Finance Technical) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

  • Track tenders project approvals and market developments to stay ahead of competition.

  • Prepare regular sales forecasts reports and market intelligence insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Engineering or related field. MBA preferred.

  • 24 years of experience in institutional or project sales (steel construction materials or industrial products preferred).

  • Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills.

  • Proven track record in B2B client handling and sales growth.

  • Ability to travel for client meetings and project site visits.

  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
