Job Description

Location: Sydney or Newcastle (with travel to Sydney Newcastle or Tamworth depending on your base)

Employment Type: Full-time

Were currently seeking a Learning and Development Facilitator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the onboarding experience for our frontline teams and contributing to improved employee engagement and retention.

About the Role:

As a Learning and Development Facilitator youll play a key role in supporting employee experience and retention by delivering engaging practical and compliant induction programs. You will collaborate closely with our Learning & Development Talent and Operational teams to ensure new employees are equipped with the knowledge and confidence they need to succeed.

This role includes:

  • Deliver a 5-day face-to-face induction program for new starters(with travel to Sydney Newcastle or Tamworth depending on your base)
  • Collaborate with Operations Talent and L&D teams to support new team members

  • Ensure TCI training meets accreditation standards and remains fit for purpose

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of learning materials and delivery

  • Provide real-time feedback and insights to help identify and support at-risk team members

What Youll Bring:

  • TCI Trainer accreditation (or refresher within the last 12 months)

  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or nearing completion)

  • Strong facilitation and group management skills

  • Willingness and flexibility to travel as required

  • A proactive collaborative mindset and passion for learning
