Join a mission-driven team supporting critical network infrastructure for our client located in Huntsville TX. Were seeking a Network Engineer III to provide high-level expertise in programming monitoring and troubleshooting a wide range of network equipment.
This hybrid role offers flexibility with both on-site and telework options available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and troubleshoot routers switches DSLAMs and nano beam devices
- Monitor network circuits daily to detect and resolve anomalies before they cause outages
- Support and maintain networking solutions across all programs and services
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure optimal network performance and uptime
- Provide expert guidance on networking best practices and security compliance
Minimum Qualifications:
- 10 yearsof relevant hands-on work experience in network engineering
- Deep knowledge of routing switching and telecom protocols
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across complex network environments
Preferred Certifications:
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Preferred
- Cisco Certified Design Associate (CCDA) Preferred
- Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Preferred
Ideal Candidate:
- Proactive problem solver with a detail-oriented mindset
- Excellent communicator with the ability to work independently and in a team
- Experienced in hybrid/remote network support environments
- Familiar with telecom infrastructure and monitoring tools
