You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailSUMMARY: The Chief of Staff for University Advancement serves as the senior advisor and operational leader for the Vice President for Advancement. The Chief of Staff is responsible for the effective integration of strategy systems and people across the division ensuring optimal performance and alignment with the universitys fundraising alumni engagement athletics fundraising and donor stewardship goals. This position manages high-level projects and directly oversees administrative operations including budget human resources technology and operational infrastructure (including Slate for Advancement and gift processing systems).
This is a full-time benefits-eligible position that reports to the Vice President for University Advancement.
This position is exempt from the provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and is not eligible to earn overtime pay or compensatory time off for additional hours worked. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
