Employed by ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions operating as part of the graduate recruitment team at Westpac as Recruitment Consultant you will be part of a high performing close knit diverse recruitment team based in Sydneys CBD. You will be recruiting graduates and interns into various highly reputable programs from a diverse range of degrees nationally across the bank. You will be recruiting uncommon minds original thinkers and innovators from all degrees of study. This is a contract opportunity July Start until the end of October at this stage.
Reporting to the Westpac Graduate Programs Manager you will be responsible for:
- High volume screening and shortlisting of applicants (no sourcing required)
- Recruitment compliance
- Triggering culture assessments
- Evaluating short video interviews using scoresheets
- Assisting on graduate program assessment centres ensuring candidates move smoothly through the process
- Providing tailored feedback calls with candidates after attending assessment centres
- Offering candidates
- Attending events
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience with high volume recruitment and requisition management is a crucial factor for your success in this role
- Previous experience in graduate/intern recruitment is beneficial but not essential
- Previous experience evaluating video interviews is a bonus
- Able to pick up systems quickly
- High energy confident and efficient
- Previous experience using People HQ system is advantageous
- Solid organisational skills
- Excellent computer skills in MS Office
