Job Description
The Dover School District is seeking a special educator to lead a program for students with social-emotional/behavioral needsSupport program with tasks and initiatives related to improving the quality of programming and instruction for students with social-emotional/behavioral collaboratively with school staff to facilitate open communication with all levels of administrationProgramming support for students with social-emotional/behavioral needs in all continuums of supportAssist para-educators in collection assessment and interpretation of data in order to design appropriate individualized instruction for students with social-emotional/behavioral needsAssist para-educators in using interventions and evidenced based strategies for students with social-emotional/behavioral needsKnowledge of behavioral interventions for students with social-emotional/behavioral needsProvide classroom teachers resources for students with social-emotional/behavioral specially designed academic instructionComplete academic evaluationsParticipate in required meeting and trainings
