Were growing our Executive Search Advisory Practice Area and looking for a Head of Executive Search to lead retained and contingent executive searches (no staffing) with a experience in broad corporate Executive Search as well as specialty with HR and Legal leadership roles.

What Youll Do
Lead retained and contingent searches for senior leaders (Director to C-suite) in HR and Legal functions
Build trusted long-term client relationships and serve as a strategic partner during moments of growth and change
Collaborate cross-functionally with our consulting brand and talent teams to deliver cohesive human-centered client experiences
Apply modern practicesincluding AI-powered sourcing selection and assessment toolsto optimize reach speedfit and mitigate bias.
Help shape the future of our executive search methodology and thought leadership
You Bring
7 years of experience in executive search with a strong focus on HR and/or Legal leadership roles
Experience running your own executive search practice or consultancyor playing a senior role within one
A deep understanding of how to embed AI and automation to streamline search improve accuracy and enhance candidate/client experience
Exceptional relationship-building skills and the ability to influence at the executive and board level
A human-first mindset with a commitment to ethical inclusive and business-smart recruiting
A passion for building culture through leadership
