Job Overview
POSITION OVERVIEW:
This is a temporary non-exempt position. Directly support Nikkisos Information Technology department in a number of areas including: assisting in the maintenance and oversight of company hardware software and troubleshooting IT-related issues documentation review and improvement remote site networking and other applicable duties.
*** Salary: This is a paid internship position. Approximately 20 hours per week. $20 per hour for a period of approximately 3 months.
Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in performing hardware and software installation procedures.
- Provide support in diagnosing hardware softwareand troubleshooting activities.
- Assist with the creation and documentation of IT procedures.
- Assist in the onboarding of IT resources (hardware and software) for new employees.

WORK EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS:
- Background in Information Technology
- Very motivated self-starter with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work well in a small team
