Job Description

Sales Manager Emerging Markets & Tradewill drive business growth across both domestic and international markets. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in B2B sales market development and trade operations with a strong ability to manage diverse markets including emerging in both domestic and interational markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies targeting both domestic and emerging international markets.

  • Identify new business opportunities and expand client base across geographies.

  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.

  • Build and nurture relationships with distributors agents and key clients.

  • Coordinate with SCM finance and compliance teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

  • Monitor market trends competitive landscape and regulatory environments to adapt sales plans.

  • Participate in trade shows business delegations and networking events to enhance brand presence.

  • Prepare regular sales forecasts reports and market analysis for management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing International Trade or related field; MBA preferred.

  • 57 years of proven experience in sales covering both domestic and international markets.

  • Strong understanding of export/import processes trade compliance and documentation.

  • Excellent negotiation communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage cross-cultural client relationships.

  • Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office applications.

  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
