You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking a Growth Strategy & Analytics Manager to drive the end-to-end management of key marketing initiatives working in close collaboration with the Team Lead CMO and Marketing Leadership Team to achieve critical milestones and deliverables.
The Growth Strategy & Analytics Team supports the development execution and monitoring of our global marketing strategy ensuring alignment with the companys overall business goals. We believe in leveraging data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration to optimize marketing efforts and drive business impact.
Lead the execution and management of strategic marketing projects to achieve key business objectives.
Support the development implementation and performance tracking of the global marketing strategy.
Provide strong data-driven insights and analyses to enhance marketing initiatives and optimize performance.
Engage with cross-functional teams including product finance business and data teams to drive marketing initiatives that impact the N26 customer funnel.
Autonomously steer key growth levers including Incentives Paid Media Friend Referral OOH & Sponsorships supporting functional experts.
Act as a key support partner to the Head of the Team the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and the Marketing Leadership Team.
Background:
Masters degree in Business Economics Finance Marketing or a related field.
5 years of experience in strategy consulting or banking roles within fast-paced environments (e.g. fintech startups agencies or financial services).
