- GenAI Solutions
The developer at Syntax we are looking for is a full-time passionate and driven engineer to join our growing GenAI development team. We are building innovative GenAI-based solutions and need a strong engineer to help build our applications.
Responsibilities:
- Develop GenAI-based solutions including task-specific agents.
- Work independently to code solutions for well-defined problems.
- Understand and work within the defined development process using the required software tools.
- Thoroughly test and validate code contributions prior to pushing merge requests to the central repository.
- Participate in code reviews.
- Collaborate with other team members graphic designers and stakeholders to develop features and bug fixes.
- Interact with members of other teams to integrate with internal and external APIs.
- Communicate and share code changes and technical details learned during development to help the rest of the team understand the changes implemented.
- Communicate needs and roadblocks promptly and clearly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering plus a minimum of 7 years of professional development experience with at least 5 years in Python.
- Strong understanding of GenAI tooling and models.
- Experience with GenAI frameworks (Langchain llamaindex CrewAI etc..).
- Experience using Git for source control including experience with branching merging and resolving conflicts.
Plus:
- Experience working with GitLab for issue tracking and reporting progress on assigned tasks.
- Experience working with GitLab CI for process automation including linting testing analyzing reviewing building and deploying code.
- Experience with various machine learning frameworks and libraries.
- Knowledge of cloud services and deployments (AWS Azure GCP).
