About The Position:
Job Title: Finance Associate
Job Location: Tunis Tunisia
Reports to: Finance Consultant
Key interactions: Marketing / People & Culture / Customer Success/ Sales
Job Purpose/Role Description:
Are you detail-oriented analytical and driven by precision As a Finance Associate at MASS Analytics you will play a key role in supporting our financial operations from invoice processing and budget tracking to assisting with fundraising activities. Youll contribute to maintaining financial integrity while helping prepare the company for investment opportunities. If youre ready to grow within a dynamic finance environment and make an impact on both operational and strategic levels this role is for you.
What Youll Do:
- Manage day-to-day financial tasks including tracking transactions invoicing and maintaining records
- Assist in cash flow management and supervise financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Support budget reviews across departments and contribute to the preparation of financial dashboards
- Liaise with external partners (accountants banks insurance providers) to ensure smooth financial operations
-Reconcile bank statements credit transactions and purchase records
-Facilitate month-end and year-end financial closing processes
-Maintain the accounting system and ensure documentation is complete and accurate
-Work cross-functionally with internal teams to gather and validate financial data
-Contribute to fundraising strategy development and execution
-Conduct research and prospect potential investors
-Prepare pitch materials investment proposals and structure the fundraising data room
-Support due diligence by organizing and updating all relevant financial documentation
-Perform any additional duties assigned by the Finance Consultant
What Were Looking For
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and organizational ability
- Integrity discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive financial information
- Effective communicator with a collaborative mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Power BI Tableau or other financial tools is a plus
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Mathematics or a related field
- 1 year of experience in a finance-related role is a plus
