About the Role
We are looking for a Head of Marketing - IT who combines strategic marketing leadership with solid IT infrastructure awareness. In this role you will shape Kolomolos marketing strategy strengthen brand positioning in the IT and cloud services space and create demand generation campaigns that resonate with highly technical decision-makers (CTOs CIOs Engineering Managers and Cloud Architects).
You will work closely with our technical leadership and sales teams to ensure marketing initiatives reflect our deep engineering capabilities and evolving service portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and own Kolomolos global marketing strategy and execution plan
- Position Kolomolo as a thought leader in cloud infrastructure AWS architecture SRE and DevOps services
- Plan and lead lead-generation campaigns social media content marketing partnerships and events (online & in-person like AWS Summits cloud-native meetups)
- Build messaging and content tailored to technical audiences: whitepapers case studies blog articles video content and webinars
- Collaborate with internal Tech Leads and consultants to source technical insights for content and PR
- Manage and optimize Kolomolos website social media presence and CRM tools
- Track marketing KPIs: inbound leads content engagement social media performance and conversion rates
- Oversee marketing budgets and agency/vendor partnerships
- Stay current with cloud market trends competitive offerings and partner programs (AWS Kubernetes ecosystem)
You Must Have
- 5 years experience in B2B marketing preferably in IT services DevOps or cloud infrastructure sectors
- Solid understanding of IT concepts: AWS services cloud infrastructure basics DevOps culture Kubernetes FinOps and site reliability principles (a tech background or earlier technical role is a plus)
- Strong leadership skills with proven experience managing teams agencies and budgets
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with ability to translate complex technical services into compelling narratives
- Experience running multi-channel campaigns targeting CTOs CIOs Engineering Managers and Cloud Architects
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced scaling and internationally distributed team
- Fluent in English
Nice-to-Have
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools
- Familiarity with AWS Partner Network (APN) marketing programs
- Participation in cloud community events (Cloud Native Warsaw AWS Community Days etc.)
