Job Description
We are looking for talented professionals to join a top Chinese manufacturer of mining equipment and wear-resistant parts known for providing durable and cost-effective solutions for mineral processing operations worldwide. Their product offerings include slurry pumps hydrocyclones flotation parts rubber mill liners and more.
Location: Santiago Chile (On-site) - Full relocation including visa sponsorship is available
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the General Manager in daily operations across Chile and Latin America
- Manage production logistics and supply chain efficiency
- Coordinate with sales technical and support teams to achieve business goals
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal policies
- Assist in expansion planning strategy execution and operational excellence
- Contribute to business development and regional growth initiatives
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Business Administration or related field
- Chinese-native fluent in Spanish and English language proficiency is required
- Operational experience in Latin American factories or industrial companies (mining equipment industry preferred)
- Holding a U.S. visa or Chilean work visa is a strong advantage
