This is a remote Customer Service position tailored for someone who knows cars and has a real passion for the automotive world. Your job is to help customers ranging from hobbyists to professional restorers identify the right parts for their classic or muscle car projects. If youre the go-to person in your circle for car advice or enjoy talking about restorations and upgrades this is your kind of job.
Assist customers in identifying the correct parts for classic and muscle car restoration projects
Offer knowledgeable friendly customer support to a global customer base
Use web-based tools like CRMs product databases and order management platforms
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Support internal improvements and collaborate with a growing tech-forward team
Familiarity with auto parts and strong general automotive knowledge
Knowledge of American classic and muscle cars 1930s 1980s) is highly preferred
Typing speed of at least 60 WPM (screenshot proof required)
Excellent computer literacy and confidence using online tools
Experience in automotive customer service sales or parts departments
Familiarity with platforms like Shopify CRM systems or inventory tools
