Location: Remote/Calgary AB
Type: Contract Full-Time
Overview:
We are hiring a Solution Architect with expertise in HR technology to design and oversee the technical implementation of a cloud-based HR Service Delivery Software for a municipal organization.
Responsibilities:
Develop architecture plans that align software capabilities with organizational goals.
Ensure seamless integration with existing HR systems and third-party platforms.
Evaluate security data integrity scalability and user experience.
Requirements:
5 years in solution architecture preferably in HR or enterprise SaaS environments.
Strong knowledge of HRIS platforms data privacy and system interoperability.
Experience with API design and cloud-based configurations.
