Mission
As part of company's solution development the SME Senior I provides advanced expertise in electronic payment processes. They act as strategic advisors for teams and clients ensuring a deep understanding of complex client needs while driving functional and technical excellence.
Objectives
Lead advanced functional support to teams and address strategic client business needs.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients identifying latent needs and industry trends.
Drive the creation of detailed functional and technical roadmaps in collaboration with teams.
Ensure alignment between client expectations and internal development processes through rigorous validation.
Oversee the implementation of functional specifications at a strategic level.
Validate and approve key technical deliverables to ensure functional compliance.
Provide proactive support to development teams addressing escalations and complex scenarios.
Lead end-to-end functional test strategies and oversee client acceptance phases.
Pioneer thought leadership and innovation in electronic payment practices.
Monitor and evaluate the impact of emerging industry trends and regulations.
Develop and deliver advanced training modules for internal and external stakeholders.
Required Skills
Writing functional specifications
Skills in software development and testing
Increased focus on strategic thinking cross-functional collaboration and innovation.
Expert level in specific payment domains (issuing acquiring tokenization fraud prevention compliance) (the SME II master more payment domains than the SME I)
